THE LONELINESS
Loneliness is a complex
and usually unpleasant emotional response to isolation. Some things or syntoms
that include the loneliness are anxious feelings about a lack of connection or
communication with other beings. Loneliness can be felt even when you
are surrounded by other people and one who feels lonely. The causes of
loneliness are varied and include social, mental, emotional, and physical
factors. Some Researchs has shown that loneliness is prevalent throughout
society, including people in marriages, relationships, families, veterans, and
those with successful careers. Sometimes you can have all the things that you
want, but you still feel like you are alone, even if you are sorrounded by a
lot Friends, you think or you feel that you are alone, and it can happen to all
of us.
An example of the
loneliness is some famous people, like singers or actors, some of us we know
the history of some actors and singers that they use to have all, but they feel
alone or depressing, and some of this cases end with a tradegy like suicide, or
few other things,
People can experience loneliness for many
reasons, and many life events may cause it, such as a lack of friendship
relations during childhood and adolescence, or the physical absence of
meaningful people around a person. At the same time, loneliness may be a
symptom of another social or psychological problem, such as depression.
Some people experience
with loneliness in their childhood, when you feel lonely or experiment with
loneliness it can affect you when you are an adult, because you can have severe
memories of your childhood that can affect you.
The lost of a significant
person can really affect you, and after you can start to experiment with
loneliness and feel very depressing, or if you don´t have a lot of Friends you
can experimey with loneliness.
Is very common that
sometimes we feel alone, we feel that we don´t have somebody to talk, to
hangout, or to share things, i can tell you that sometimes i feel like that way
too, we usually thing that we dont have somebody to count with even if you are
sorrounded by your Friends, sometimes you think if you are important for them
like they are for you, or in another severe cases we act and think that we are
alone, or some people who feel alone and don´t want to accept it, they usually believe that they have a lot of Friends, but
some of his friendships are fake, and they don´t want to see it!
My experience with the
loneliness has been a Little difficult because sometimes i feel sad and i want
to tell somebody how i feel but in that momento i think that i am lonelyand
nobody cares about me or about what is happening to me, but i always try to
find a way to feel better, sometimes i talk with my cousin how i feel and he
understand me and support me, we as family always try to help and support each
other, if he is passing for a difficult momento he talks to me and he tells me
how he feel, and al lis mutual, another thing that i do when i feel sad is to
listen music and write how i feel, because i think when i do that i can calm
down and think about me and if i am lonely.
I have a lot of friends that sometimes felt like they are
lonely too, and i always try to support them and let them know that they can
count on me, that if they feel sad or lonely, i´ll be there for al lof them,
because i know how it feels and i dont want that some of my friends can get a
severe situation, so i always try to help them and i tried to made them laugh
and feel happy, i take my time to find out why they feel like that and what can
i help with, to do this blog i told my friends if they can help telling me why
they soemtimes feel alone and depressing, and the answer of most of my fiends
was because they feel like they borred
the people when they are telling his conflicts and problems, they say that sometimes
they prefer to quit her problems and sometimes prefer to cry tan tell her
problems to somebody, they told me that the people sometimes want that you be
there for them when they feel sad, but when you feel sad or lonely they don´t
be there for you, and they get mad and sad, they told me that when her day get
bad or if they want to do somethings, but some reason they can´t they usually
get mad and sad.
We need to express our thoughts
and emotions and listen and help when somebody needs it, i want to tell you and
let you know something guys! When you or your fiends feel sad or alone, you must
have to expreses your emotions and listen how your friends feel, you have to
support them and help them, that is a true friendship! The true friendship is
when that person is there for you in the Good and bad days, you must have a lot
of friends, but if they are fake friendships, why you continue calling they as
your “friends”? i just want tol et you know that and told you that ypu are not
alone, you can count with your true friends and your family as i do!
